DR WAI KEI (VICKIE) CHIO

Dr Vickie Chio is a qualified obstetrician and gynaecologist with special interest in high-risk obstetrics. She has worked in obstetrics and gynaecology for over 15 years.

She is currently a specialist consultant at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Liverpool Hospital.

Dr Chio obtained her medical degree from the NSW University, and subsequently completed her specialist training at Westmead Hospital and Nepean Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, especially in maternal foetal medicine.

She provides personalized and comprehensive obstetric care for both low- and high-risk pregnancies. She is involved in medical student and specialist training, and is currently an examiner of the RANZCOG specialist examinations.

All births are currently at Westmead Private Hospital. Dr Chio works collaboratively with a team of trusted obstetricians to provide optimum care for her patients and their babies. Her team consists of Dr Thi Vo, Dr Tingmin Li and Dr Chio herself.
